A lot of Canadians may not know that dairy products are also a great source of protein.

Here are a few things to know: 1.

There are thousands of varieties of dairy products available in Canada.

Most of the time, dairy products can be purchased in a variety of different forms, from the creamier cheeses, to the milks, to more delicate, more dairy-like options.

There’s even a brand called ‘Pure Organic’ that is specifically formulated for dairy-eaters, which includes everything from yogurt to cottage cheese.

But you’ll also find a number of different varieties of milk products that are made from cows’ milk.

Some of them, like the organic cow’s milk, have been certified organic, while others, like dairy-based milks made from goats’ milk, are still classified as “milk.”

2.

There aren’t a lot of dairy alternatives to consider when you’re shopping.

Most dairy products, including cream cheese and yogurt, come in a number from 1 to 100, depending on the type of cheese, the brand, and the type or the size of the cow.

In other words, you won’t find many alternatives to the traditional cheese and the yogurt that are both delicious.

Dairy-free cheeses and yogurts come in various sizes, from 8 to 100 grams.

Most yogurms have fewer grams of protein than a standard cheese, which makes it a great option for a vegan diet.

But if you want something a bit less traditional, there are some dairy-friendly options that have more protein and are cheaper than regular cheeses.

3.

Dairy products can have a lot in common.

The average person consumes around 7.5 servings of dairy each day.

That’s about 2.5 hamburgers and 4.5 quarts of milk per day.

But the dairy-product industry has a huge variety of dairy-related products.

There is a whole range of brands and cheeses that contain dairy.

There also is a lot more dairy products in grocery stores than there is in grocery store shelves.

For instance, many grocery stores have milk-free items like soy milk, but there are dairy-heavy items like milk-based soups, sauces, and yogurt.

And of course, you can find dairy-containing foods in most food stores.

But a lot depends on the product.

If you’re looking for a dairy-infused ice cream, you might want to look for a soy-based ice cream.

If your grocery store doesn’t carry soy- or dairy-filled ice cream or yogurds, there’s a good chance you’re not looking for dairy at all.

Dairy is often added to dairy-derived products to give them a creamier texture.

Dairy free ice cream is usually a lot less expensive than dairy-frozen ice cream and yogurt but they’re usually quite salty and not exactly vegan.

So if you’re thinking about trying out dairy-less ice cream recipes, be prepared to splurge a bit.

It’s probably not worth it.

4.

You’re likely to find dairy products at grocery stores that aren’t certified organic.

Dairy farmers are a bit more transparent about the quality of their dairy products than other farmers.

They generally use a different grading system when it comes to certifying their products.

These grading systems include a “Certified Organic” category that means the farmers use organic and/or free-range practices when growing their cows, as well as a “Grain-Free” category where they use conventional and/ or non-organic practices, and a “Pure Organic” and “Non-Pure Organic”-only category.

In Canada, only three dairy farms are certified organic: Dairy Farmers of Canada, Dairy Farmers Quebec and Dairy Canada.

But there are many farms that aren’s certified “pure organic” or “pure” (a kind of organic) and “non-pure organic,” which means they are only certified by the same certification agency as their competitors.

It also includes other types of certification that the farm uses.

For example, Dairy Canada, which oversees the Canadian milk industry, uses a different classification system than the USDA.

In addition, there is a list of certifying agencies that oversee dairy farms, which is updated annually.

You might also want to check with your local dairy store to find out which ones offer certified organic and non-pure products.

5.

You’ll probably have to shop a lot for dairy products.

Most grocery stores carry dairy- and yogurt-based products that don’t include the extra ingredients that dairy- or soy-free products do.

The grocery store will often sell you a bag of a product you’re about to buy.

Some grocery stores will even offer a selection of dairy free and non dairy products to get you started.

It can be challenging to figure out what products to look out for when you buy dairy-fed and non‐d
