I’m often asked about why I choose to drink dairy products in particular, and I feel compelled to answer.

I’ve tried a lot of different beverages, and a lot different ways to enjoy them.

But the simplest and most universal answer is that I like them.

I’m a fan of milk, and the fact that it’s milk and not sugar is a powerful way to feel good about myself and about myself.

The most popular drink is milk, but there are other drinks as well.

The water and cream and yogurt and cheese I’m most familiar with are made from milk.

They’re also not exactly the most nutritious drinks.

They contain sugar and other ingredients that don’t really benefit the health of the person consuming them.

What I’m really interested in is why we like dairy, and how that influences how we eat.

What does it all have to do with dairy?

Why do we like it?

Let’s start with why we have it in the first place.

There are two main reasons we eat dairy.

One is to satisfy a hunger, or a need for food.

And the other is to provide the energy needed to digest it.

Both of those things can be met through the consumption of dairy products.

Why?

When we think of the first reason, we think about what food is being provided to us.

When you’re in a hurry, you’ll often think of cheese, hamburgers, and other items that are filled with fat.

But that’s not what we think food is for.

When we consider food as something to be eaten, we often think about meat and dairy.

It’s an image we have of a meal eaten, with a big portion of meat or a lot more meat.

If we think that way, we’re likely to eat more meat, and so on, all the way through the day.

But there’s no such thing as “good food” in terms of the food itself.

The food we eat is just a part of what we consume, in the form of proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and whatever else is in our bodies.

The main point is that we have a natural hunger for meat.

It may be a meal, but it’s still just food.

It could be a small piece of cheese on the side of the plate, but its still just a piece of food.

Similarly, we have an even stronger hunger for dairy.

As humans, we eat animals for food to be nourished, and we don’t want to eat them.

It might be milk, or eggs, or cheese, but that’s all just a waste.

If you have a meal in your mouth, you’re eating something, and that’s what’s going on.

What happens when we eat something that’s also filling?

There’s a lot that goes into it, and in this case, we need to talk about the nutritional content of what you’re getting.

The body is designed to absorb nutrients in a certain amount.

It gets them from the foods it’s eating.

So a lot happens in the process of digestion and absorption.

When that happens, the food is called digested, and it’s what gets sent to the liver.

If there’s a nutrient deficiency, the liver can make it up, or it can make up other nutrients in the gut.

This process is called the elimination of waste.

When the body is eating dairy, the body’s enzymes break down the nutrients and take them out.

The digestive system can do this in a way that makes the food more nutritious.

So we’re getting all sorts of nutrients from dairy, even if they’re not necessarily essential ones.

The reason is that if we get them, they’re still digestible.

It doesn’t need to be taken out of the body.

What we’re really getting from the digestive system is a lot less than what we might get from a normal diet.

That’s why some people are able to enjoy dairy without feeling hungry.

It can be a pleasant feeling.

I can eat dairy without being full, and then the next day, after a long day of work, I’m full.

I feel great.

That may be true for you, but the same thing happens to some people who have trouble with sugar.

If I had a lot too much sugar in my diet, I wouldn’t feel full at all.

The digestion process is what makes us hungry, and what’s needed to be satiated.

But if we’re eating a lot, it’s the digestive process that gets us full.

That way, if we can’t get enough nutrients, we don, too.

This is a pretty simple idea, and if we really dig deep into it and study it, we can figure out the mechanism of how that happens.
